Michael worked in our library at Belmont Technical college as he completed his nursing degree. He was also a library degree student and often mentioned that he hoped to work in a medical library when he became "too old" for direct patient care.

We enjoyed having Michael with us as he brought a caring and upbeat note to our services and he helped to make the library a warm and special place to work. He was a dedicated employee and student, traveling long distances, in his not-always-reliable-red truck, often over snow covered and icy roads to meet his responsibilities.

When I think of Michael I remember especially his wild and crazy stories about his less than perfectly behaved but always loved pets, his great sense of humor, and those amazing suspenders. He is missed.
