Kirk Douglas Robertson, age 67, of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Wednesday August 9, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Barnesville, Ohio September 8, 1949 a son of the late L.D. Robertson and Lillian Mahoney Robertson.

Kirk was a graduate of Skyvue High School and the Galion Welding School.  He retired from the former Ormet Corp at Hannibal, Ohio. He attended the Stafford United Methodist Church, was a member of the Monroe County Democratic Central Committee, and Masonic Lodge #300 of Stafford, Ohio.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.  He will always be remembered for his willingness to help others.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother; Jim Robertson, and an infant brother; David.

He is survived by his wife; Joann Anderson Robertson of Lewisville, two sons Kevin (Patricia Fehlan) Robertson of Bay Village, Ohio, and Keith (Sharon) Robertson of Fleming, Ohio, and one daughter Kimberly (Travis Cox) Griffin of Lower Salem, Ohio, one brother Dan (Lisa) Robertson of Lewisville, and one sister Anne (Jim) Tippie of Lewisville, seven grandchildren Cole, Brett, Chase, Marissa, Bryer, and Kaden Robertson, and Shalyn Griffin, and two Step grandchildren Allen and Levi Thompson.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday August 11, at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday August 12, 2017 with Rusty Atkinson officiating.  Inurnment will be in Bracken Ridge Cemetery at a later date.  

Masonic Lodge services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.

Joanne and Family....I am so sorry for your loss...I had known Kirk for many years including an Ormet co-worker. He will always be remember as a true friend, helpful person and a dedicated family man...he will be missed.

Robertson Family, my deepest sympathy on the passing of Kirk. He was an outstanding per-son, and a stranger to none. May God wrap his loving arms around you, and bring you com-fort and peace. Remember all the good times you shared, it will help during these most difficult times.
