Rex A. Davis, age 55, of Woodsfield, Ohio formerly of Wooster, Ohio passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at his home.   He was born February 26, 1962 in Wooster, Ohio a son of the late James G. “Happy Jim” and Martha A. Willison Davis.  

Rex was a member of the Church of Christ, was formerly a truck driver, and a member of the V.F.W. Post 553, and Eagles Lodge #2302.

He is survived by his special friend; Kim (Headley) Chaplin, one son; Josh (Jess) Davis, grandchildren; Kylee, Keegan, Jayen, Joey, and Gage, step-children; Jay (Jessica) Chaplin, Barb (Travis) Marmie, and Jeremy (Kim) Chaplin. Rex was known to his grandchildren as Packey.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparents; Edwin & Lorena Nalley Davis, and Francis and Virginia Day Willison.
