David O. Morris, age 75, of Malaga, Ohio passed away Saturday January 27, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, West Virginia.  He was born in Malaga, Ohio December 22, 1942 a son of the late Oscar D. and Marie Sloan Morris.

David retired from Caldwell Lumber, was a member of the Beallsville American Legion Post 768 for 37 years, and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 5303 Woodsfield, Ohio.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother James Robert Morris.

He is survived by his wife Sandra Price Morris of Malaga, children; David & Mindy Morris of Malaga, Lee & Lisa Price of Alledonia, Terry Kenny of Beallsville, Robert Price of Akron, Shannon & Laurie of Somerton, Mike Holcomb of Ozark, Chad & Sally Holcomb of Malaga, Amanda Lincoln of Ozark, Neil Morris of Zanesville, and Kevin & Lou Ann Morris of Clarington, 28 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday January 30, at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, 100 S. Paul Street, Woodsfield, Ohio where funeral Services will be held 1p.m. Wednesday January 31, 2018 with Herb Alexander officiating.  Burial will follow in Somerton Southern Cemetery, Somerton, Ohio with full Military graveside services.
