Lucille V. Kinsey, 80 of New Matamoras, Ohio passed away Sunday July 7, 2019 at Arbors of Woodsfield. She was born March 13, 1939 in Fly, Ohio the daughter of the late Roy and Velma Minger Ludolph.
Lucille was a member of the Brownsville Church of Christ. She worked for the Barcus Company of Columbus, Ohio as an assistant to the manager at Parkway Townhouses in New Matamoras from October 1984 through June 2008.
Preceded in death by her husband Donald C. Kinsey – November 29, 1980, and four brothers Carl, Frank, Ralph and Russell Ludolph.
She is survived by three children, Deborah (Robert) Miller, David (Jane) Kinsey, and Daniel (Polly) Kinsey all of New Matamoras; two sisters Gladys Taylor and Shirley Blosser of New Matamoras, six grandchildren; Joshua (Eliza) Miller of Selma, Indiana, Valerie (Patrick) Hooper of St. Mary’s, West Virginia, Christopher (Cassie) Kinsey of Proctor, West Virginia, Matthew (Megan) Kinsey of Jacksonburg, West Virginia, Katie (Kyle) Krieg of New Matamoras, and Sara Kinsey of New Matamoras; eight great grandchildren Adelyn, Titus, Caleb and Silas Miller, Paul and Samuel Hooper, and Chloe and David Kinsey.
Friends received from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday July 9, 2019 at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, 100 S. Paul St., Woodsfield, Ohio where funeral service will be held 11a.m. Wednesday July 10, 2019 with Tim Fleeman officiating. Burial will follow in the German Lutheran Cemetery, Brownsville, Ohio.
