Richard Libby

Richard (Dick) W. Libby, 83, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away on August 1, 2019 at his home.  Richard was born on October 9, 1935 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, a son of the late William and Mozarta Libby.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy of 57 years on April 7, 2017.

Dick worked at the Aluminum Rolling Mill in Hannibal, Ohio for 28 years prior to his retirement, after moving with his family to Woodsfield in 1963.

He is survived by a son Rich (Jeannie) Libby of Villa Rica, Georgia, daughters Kim Libby of Woodsfield, Kelly (Larry) Kindle of Woodsfield, Beth (Kurt) Seneff of Barnesville, and Stacey Libby of Woodsfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

At Richard’s request, no services will be held. To honor Richard’s life and his love of animals, memorial donations can be made to the “Naz Piatt Fund” at Woodsfield Veterinary Services, 102 North Street, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
