Virgil E. Shaw

Virgil E. Shaw age 80, of S.R. 255 Sardis Ohio died Thursday June 14, 2007 at his home. He was born Nov. 25, 1926 in Monroe County, a son of the late William H. Shaw and Eleanor Eikleberry Shaw. He retired as a lineman from Lorain-Medina Rural Electric and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. He was a farmer and also enjoyed organizing the annual community supper held in September.

Friends received from (4-9) p.m. Sunday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday June 18, 2007. Interment in the West Union Cemetery Sardis, Ohio.
