Zola May Covert Silvernail age 76 of New Philadelphia, Ohio died Monday December 3, 2007 at Dover, Ohio. She was born June 14, 1931 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Thomas W. Haynes and Eddra E. Howell Haynes.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moose lodge, and a member of the Eastern Star.
Preceded in death by 1 son Roger J. Covert - 2006, 2 brothers: Emerson and Richard (Dick) Haynes.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years: Clarence (Sonny) Silvernail of New Philadelphia, Ohio,
1 son: Bill (Debbie) Covert - Woodsfield, Ohio,
4 daughters: Linda Snodgrass - Woodsfield, Ohio,
Sue (Jim) Cunningham - Freeport, Ohio,
Judy (Dale) Boyd - Marietta, Ohio,
Nancy (Steve) Burke - Stonecreek, Ohio,
2 sisters: Sallie (Rex) Taylor, and Janet (Milton) Barfield.
15 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.

Friends received from (2-4) & (7-9) p.m. Friday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday December 8, 2007 with Donald Thompson officiating. Interment in the Plainview Cemetery near Woodsfield, Ohio.
