Zola Slawter Obituary

Zola M. Christman Slawter, died October 18, 2008.

She was a member of the Barberton Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald & Irene Christman, Her husband: Wilson I. Slawter, a son Carl W. Slawter, three brothers: Ronald Christman, MD, Burris and Jack Christman, a sister: Lorna Good.

Surviving are a daughter, Rebecca (John) Gibson, a son Ralph A. Slawter, a sister, Doris Smith,

Two brothers: Ray and Samuel Christman. Four Grandchildren: Kimberley Ball, Kristen (Rod) Parker, Josie (Bryan) Hagy, David Appleman,

Three great-grandchildren, Justin Ball, Dominic Slawter, Lilly Sheetz, many nieces , nephews and many friends.

Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday November 8, 2008 at the Funeral Home. Interment in the Oaklawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Syringomyelia Alliance Project Inc., (ASAP Inc.) P.O. Box 1586 Longview, TX 75606-1586 in honor of Kimberley Ball or your favorite charity.
