Keylor Family, my deepest sympathy on your loss. I probably never knew anyone who cared more for Woodsfield and Monroe County than Manifred. His dedication to our community went way beyond a job-he was a true friend to many. May God and the memories you have made bring comfort and peace during these most difficult times.

My thoughts and prayers to all of the Keylor Family. You should be proud of all of Manifred’s service and dedication to all of Woodsfield. He would always be walking on the streets when I was little and talk to everyone he passed by. He has left a great legacy!

I am saddened by the loss of Manifred. May your family have fond memories of a life lived in service to others. Many years ago we played in the creek, hide and seek, and other childhood games as we cousins caught up with family. God bless you. Sincerely, Marjorie

Manfred you will be missed by some. You gave some a second chance on some issues and I for one am one and you did help to make some better people. Not all will say that but I sure will. You never held anything against me or my wife but gave us hope sir. As Judge Peters stated on the sandwich he may have missed that part but we had many at McD's when you was healthy. God has opened another door for you on the 21st. Stand tall and wait for the rest of us to cross over.
