Norma Joan Hines, age 82, of New Concord, Ohio formerly of Graysville, Ohio passed away Saturday April 28, 2018 at Beckett House at New Concord.  She was born December 8, 1935 in Bloomfield, Ohio a daughter of the late Orris Graham and Floris Holland Graham.

She retired from March Electric with 30 years of service.  

The children wish to convey that their mother was the most loving and selfless soul that they will cherish forever.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Jean Collins, and brothers Eber and Jack Graham.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years; Jimmie Hines of New Concord, daughter; Deborah Hines of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, sons; Gary (Jeri) Hines of Zanesville, Ohio,
and Frank (Tammy) Hines of Cambridge, Ohio,  a sister; Dawn Nye of New Matamoras, Ohio, a brother; Gary Graham of Wooster, Ohio, grandchildren; John (Liz) Eyen, James (Lacie) Eyen,  and Jeremy, Bryan, and Brandon Hines, and Adam (Amiee) Hines and Alexandria (Dan) Matheney and six great grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday May 2nd.  at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, 100 S. Paul Street, Woodsfield, Ohio.  Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday May 5, 2018 at the Muskingum Valley Baptist Church Cemetery on Tice Run Road near Bloomfield, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Muskingum Valley Baptist Church c/o Walter Rinard, 230 Tice Run Road, Rinard Mills, Ohio 45767.

Best Memories of "Cass" for the loving mother and neighbor she was. My condolences to "Spence", Debby, Gary and "Penn". Truly an angel, may she rest in peace and God be with the family.
