Harmon Family, my deepest sympathy on the passing of Don. He was a very hard working person who was also kind, loving, and someone who would help anyone. He worked many years at the Monroe Memorial Park as a volunteer, but also spent time with younger people at the park, teaching them valuable lessons of life, and he always loved a challenging game of tennis. The love of his life-his wife Joann of 64 years was unbelie-vable how they cared and loved each others.I loved to talk sports with him, especially the Tennessee Vols. I will never forget all the sauerkraut and pork we shared for over 30 years on New Year's Day. I will keep all of in my thoughts and prayers, and that God will wrap his loving arms around you and bring you peace and comfort. In Christian Love, Pandora

My deepest sympathies to the Harmon family. Don was just a great guy; I enjoyed playing tennis with him years ago and always enjoyed my visits with him on trips back to Woodsfield.

To the Harmon family - such a blessing for Mr. Harmon to have lived a good, long life.  I think of him as an amazing sports enthusiast for Woodsfield youth and high school sports, especially my WHS basketball years - unselfish, kind, and generous - he was a gift to young people and our community -
