Donna Jean (Baker) Hughes

Donna Jean (Baker) Hughes age 78, left her earthly home on April 19, 2025. Donna was born September 23, 1946 on Church Street in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Paul (Don) Baker and Ruth (Stegner) Baker.

Donna enjoyed traveling, walking the beach, and her 1971 El Camino.

Donna was a retired Special Agent, traveling the U.S. for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and enjoyed her job ensuring driver and vehicle safety on the public roadways.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents George and Garnett Stegner, Homer and Zelda Baker, and sister Cheryl Baker.

She is survived by brothers Ronald (Butch) Baker, and Donald (Bud) Baker; sisters Debra Bowen and Ruth Workman; daughters Patience Rush, and Dee-Dee Keathley; son Darrnell (Ray) Hughes; grandchildren Tyler Moody, Terry Keathley, and Mackenzie Rush.

A Celebration of Life will be held for close friends and family at Woodsfield First United Methodist Church on Saturday April 26th at 1:00 pm. Casual dress, please refrain from sending flowers. Arrangements by Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul Street, Woodsfield, Ohio.
