Franklin Mahoney

Franklin Mahoney, 95 of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Saturday July 8, 2023 at Barnesville Hospital.  He was born October 3, 1927 at Woodsfield the son of the late Clarence Franklin & Stella Meckling Mahoney.

Frank had a love of nature and took care of many wild animals.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Lillian Robertson, and Meignon Hendershot, 4 brothers; Bernard, Samuel, Donald, and Robert Mahoney.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Tuesday July 11, 2023 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio with Paul Eddy officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
