Gary Darby

Gary D. Darby 64, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday March 17, 2024 at his home.  He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia December 28, 1959.

He worked at Asplundh Tree Service for many years and worked odd jobs for people in the Woodsfield area.

Preceded in death by his grandparents Zelmer and Kathryn Kuhn Darby, his mother Carol Cope and brother-in-law Steve Friday.

He is survived by his children Mindy Darby (Brian Meade) and Tyler (Rachael Malson) Darby, grandchildren Sasha Meade, Brian Meade II, and Abigale Meade, and Jordyn Darby, Serenity Darby, and Oliver Darby all of Woodsfield, and sister Peggy Friday of Woodsfield, brother David (Crystal) Cope of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, an uncle Wilfred Darby at Stellar Care Center and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio.
