Howard Lewis Jr.

Howard (Sam) Edward Lewis Jr., 88, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Friday February 23, 2024 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born in Morgantown, West Virginia October 2, 1935 a son of the late Howard and Helen Galusky Lewis Sr.

He was a retired employee of Ormet Aluminum Hannibal, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son David Lewis – 1985, sisters Betty & Marylin, and his brother Ronald.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Shipp Lewis of 69 years, daughter Terri (Mark) Milosavljeric, sons Rick (Amy) Lewis, and Rusty Lewis, sister-in-law Sandra (Larry) Wedderien, grandchildren Jaime Milosavljevic, Jonathan (Rebecca) Milosavljevic, Sylvia (Samuel) Rutherford, Cole (Brittany) Lewis, Jesse (Whitney) Lewis, Chris (Leigh Ann) Pfalzgraph, Gina Ball, Jenny Ball, Laycie Ball, Megan Ball, and Bella Ball, great grandchildren, Dakota (Kyleigh), Brandon, Marky, Leah, Ally, Noah, Norah, Brooks, Lyla, and Peyton, great-great grandchildren Rowan, and Grayson, and several nieces and nephews.
