James Partridge Obituary

James K. Partridge, 80 of Woodsfield, Ohio went to be with the Lord Friday May 22, 2020 at the Stellar Care Campus Woodsfield. He was born November 30, 1939 in Spokane, WA to the late Kenneth and Audrey Partridge.

Jim retired from the Public Works Department in Fairbanks Alaska. After retiring he managed the soup kitchen at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for seven years. Jim and his wife Margie returned to her hometown, Woodsfield, Ohio in 1995.

Jim was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Navy veteran and a member of the Lions Club for 30 years. He dedicated his life to his family.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, brother Fred and infant son Jimmy.

Jim will be deeply missed by his wife, Margie, of 56 years, son Kenneth (Darlene) Partridge, daughter Michelle (Zach) Prince, grandchildren Daniel and Brandon Partridge, Alicia and Krista Hara, Claira, Chase, Tyler Prince, great grandchildren Bradlee Partridge, Corbin and Amelia Hara, sisters Virginia Bendetto, Patty Broens, several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Stellar Care Campus, Assisted Living for all the care and love they provided Jim during his time there over the years. They were always there for Jim, Margie and his children that they became family. Until he was lifted up to the Lord our God, they watched over him, gave him love, support and Grace. Their dedication to their work and their love will not be forgotten and always appreciated.

Because of the COVID-19 virus burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangement by Bauer~Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio.
