Joyce Oletta Saffell

Joyce Oletta Saffell, 91 of Jerusalem, Ohio passed away Wednesday August 14, 2024 at her son’s home. She was born December 12, 1932 a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Miller Bach.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cecil Willard Saffell, and a sister Jo Ann Kean.

She is survived by sons Gary (Regina) Saffell of New Martinsville, WV and Charles Saffell of Woodsfield, OH, daughter Mary Ann (David) Williams of Sardis, OH, grandchildren Nathan and Jason Williams, nephew Tony Chappell.

Family and friends will be received Friday August 16, 2024 from 4 – 8 p.m. at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio and funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 17, 2024 with Brad Postal officiating. Burial will be held in the Oaklawn Cemetery.
