Judi Foster Obituary

Judi A. Foster, of Sherrodsville, Ohio passed away on March 23, 2026, at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton, just one day before her 82nd birthday.

Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on March 24, 1944, to the late Clifford and Garnett Wright Barker, Judith was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Clifford (Buddy) Barker.

She is survived by her husband of over 64 years, Marvin (Butch) Foster, Sr.; her children, Bambi (Brian) Merrick of Dellroy, Ohio, Anita (Donnie) Borland, of Carrollton, Ohio, and Marvin (Butch) Foster Jr. (Shelly), of West Lafayette, Ohio, as well as six grandchildren, Jason (Esther) Merrick, Jenni (Clif) Cree, Hunter (Mindy) Borland, Addie (Damin) Beadnell, Zac (Toree) Foster and Derek (Destinie) Foster,  three step-grandchildren, Olivia Brady, Taylor (Daniel) Renteria and Brianna Brady, eleven great-grandchildren, Jaxon Merrick; Kyson and Maverick Cree; Cohen, Mia and Layla Borland; Brooks Beadnell; Emmalyne and Oaklynn Foster; Hallie and Neilie Foster,  seven step-great-grandchildren, Mason Weatherwax; Adrianna Beadnell; Mylee Finnicum; Bruno, Blakely and Brogan Renteria; Arlo Foster, and several nieces and nephews.

Judi will be remembered for her love of her "grandbabies," walking on the beach to collect seashells, watching birds from her back deck, and her passion for quilting, puzzles, and her favorite sports teams, the Cleveland Cavs and Cleveland Guardians.

Private services will be held at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield, Ohio, with Pastor Dan Parson officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery in Lewisville, Ohio.
