Judy Kay Morton

Judy K. Morton, 82 of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday March 23, 2025 at Stellar Care Center.  She was born in Woodsfield September 16, 1942 a daughter of the late Ila Mahoney Sims and Ronald McCollum.

She had worked many years as a caregiver including working at Woodsfield Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was also a long-time employee at Jackson’s Newsstand.  She was a fan of fishing and bingo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald (Ralph) Morton, brothers, Rick and Steve Marshall, and special cousins Candy and Jim Jefferis.

She is survived by, daughter Sheri Morton, sons Brian Morton, Greg (Ellen) Morton, and Donald (Shawna) Morton all of Woodsfield, brother, Roger Marshall of Akron, and Laurie Marshall of Florida,  grandchildren Gage, Jonah, Jaylyn, Carter, Willow, Penelope and Sailor Emersyn Morton, and Devin, Parker, and Chloe Seymour.

Friends received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon Wednesday March 26, 2025 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio with Dr. James Mahoney officiating.  Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
