Katherine Lucille Elliott

Katherine Lucille (Althouse) Elliott, 76 of Woodsfield, Ohio formerly of Guysville, Ohio passed away Sunday November 19, 2023 at Altercare Summit Acres Caldwell, Ohio.  She was born March 12, 1947 to the late Elmer J. and Catherine Althouse of Pageville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers Earnie, Marvin, and Elmer Althouse, sister Jeanetta Jane (Althouse) Uribe, two daughters Vonda A. George, and Kimbley L. Pauley as well as a grandson Anthony Richmond.

Kathy is survived by a brother Fred (Carol) Althouse, sisters Emma Gillis, Pearl Althouse, Rosemary Baker and a dear sister-in-law Bonnie Althouse.  Children Justin (Misty) Elliott of Glouster, Ohio, Chad (Susie) Deskins of Woodsfield, Ohio Valerie (Chris) Richmond of Frenchlick, Indiana, Several grand and great grandchildren. 

Kathy enjoyed caring for others as an LPN, spending time with her family and crafting.

In honor of Kathy, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

The family wishes to thank Riverside Methodist Hospital and Altercare Summit Acres, both of which cared for Kathy with much love and compassion.
