Malinda L. Henthorn

Malinda L. Henthorn 88, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Saturday January 4, 2025 at OSU Wexner Medical Center Columbus, Ohio.  She was born in Monroe County Ohio January 29, 1936 a daughter of the late Charles & Dorothy Riser Hoff.

Malinda ran Malinda’s Poodle Parlor out of her home for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Henthorn – May 6, 2020 and a great granddaughter Remi.

She is survived by her two sons: Mark (Jennifer) Henthorn of Woodsfield, and Kevin (Tina) Henthorn of La Grange, Ohio, grandchildren Brittany Henthorn of Barnesville, Ohio and Michael Henthorn of Akron, Ohio, and two great grandchildren Caydence McBride and Aurora McBride of Barnesville and step brother Charles Hoff of Clarington, Ohio.

Friends will be received from 4 – 6 p.m. Saturday January 11 and from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Sunday January 12, 2025 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio with Rev. David Cottrell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
