Mary Lou Lindemood

Mary Lou (Hines) Lindemood, age 78, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 23, 2025. Mary was born in Monroe County on October 9th, 1946 a daughter of the late William and Mabel (Highman) Hines.

Mary was a homemaker who was fiercely dedicated to her family and those she loved.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jerry Lindemood, in 2014, whom she married on September 4th, 1964; five sisters Helen Highman, Lola Cleveland, Betty Larrick, Darlene Taylor, Rose Robinson; and a brother Danny Hines.

She is survived by her children; Ramona (Richard) Miller, Jerry (Chellie) Lindemood, Pam (Thomas) Anderson, and Michael Lindemood; eight grandchildren Monica (Craig) McConnell, James Dillon, Tyler Miller, Zachary Lindemood, Chelsea Lindemood, Derek Anderson, Brittany Anderson, Kayla Lindemood; and ten great-grandchildren Tristan, Adrian, Salorah, Cassius, Dantae, Demiah, Nova, Madalynn, Grayson, and Caiden; two step-grandchildren Nicholas and Hunter; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

There will be no visitation or service. Following cremation, Mary’s ashes will be united with those of her beloved husband of 50 years, Jerry, in a loving memorial.
