Norma Irene South

Norma Irene South, 90, of Miltonsburg, Ohio passed away Thursday January 16, 2020 at her home.  She was born September 8, 1929 in Green County Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Carl & Nellie Roupe Wood. 

She retired from MACO Workshop as a driver and teacher.

Preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. South Sr., and one sister Renee Paris. 

She is survived by three sons Tom (Sherry) South Jr., Walter (Joann) South, and Jack South, one sister Alberta Crispin of Taylorstown, Pa., five grandchildren Melanie Kemp, Sarah South, Danielle Vany, Cody South and Chase South, 7 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson Jackson Kemp.

Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Monday January 20th, 2020 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio with Herb Alexander officiating.  Burial will follow at the Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.  There will be a meal provided after the graveside service at the Beallsville American Legion Post 768, 52651 TH 2770, Beallsville, Ohio 43716.
