Pamela Louise (Ward) Griffith, 74, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, and entered into the arms of Jesus.
Pam was born on August 29, 1951, in Ravenna, Ohio, a daughter of Gene and Alice Ward.
Pam, also lovingly known as Grandma Pam, was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, family member, and friend. She was a woman of faith, strength, and love whose kindness touched everyone who knew her. Pam loved to travel with her best friend and aunt, Sue Carver, loved life, and loved her family more than anything. She had a warm heart, a gentle spirit, and a way of making others feel loved and cared for.
She was devoted to her family and found her greatest joy in the time she spent with them. Her love, strength, and the many memories she created will be treasured forever by those who knew and loved her.
Pam is survived by her daughter, Heather and Titus Cecil; her sons, Adam and Kalli Griffith and Joseph and Brittany Griffith; her cherished grandchildren, Mariah and Chris Brunner, Caleb Cecil, Dylan Elliott, Khya and Gabe Leonard, Brandon and Emily Elliott, Garren Cecil, Aidan and Madison Griffith, Kadelan and Dalton Phillips, Lily Griffith, JJ Griffith, Jorji Griffith, Jack Griffith, and Jacob Griffith; 9 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Gary and Carla Ward and Mike Ward; her sister, Laura Ward; and many nieces and nephews. As well as everyone who called her "Grandma Pam".
In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her ex-husband, James L. Griffith Jr.; her sister, Sally Pfalzgraf; and her niece, Mary Parden.
Though her family's hearts are broken, they find comfort in knowing Pam has received her final victory and is now at peace, free from pain and suffering. She will be deeply missed and forever loved until the day her family sees her again.
Friends will be received from 2 – 7 p.m. Thursday April 2, and from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. Friday April 3, 2026 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio with Woody Biggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery Lewisville, Ohio.
