Patricia J. Ricer, 81, of Jerusalem, Ohio passed away Monday September 1, 2025 at her home. She was born November 29, 1943 in Powhatan Point, Ohio a daughter of the late Harry and Katherine McVay Hartley.
Patricia loved spending time with her grandbabies, making her special mac & cheese for them, and keeping her candy drawer full. She loved working in her flowers and feeding and watching her birds and enjoying nature.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David Ricer, and a brother Harry Hartley Jr.
She is survived by her children, Daniel (Mitzi) Graham, Eric (Alana) Graham, and Amy (Craig) Reich, siblings, Virginia (Charles) Kinney, Lavella (Harold) Decker, Nancy (Fred) Sirianni, Karen (Randy) Kindle, Robert (Pat) Hartley, Ronald (Pam) Hartley, Glenn (Mary) Hartley, Joeseph (Libby) Hartley, Alan Hartley, and Clifford Hartley, grandchildren, Tyler (Tiff) Graham, Cortney Gallicchio, Dustin (Kristen) Graham, Macey (Trentt) Sprouse, Ryan Reich, Jason (Brynlie) Reich, Mariah (Brandon) Reich, Donovan (Alex) Graham and Zackery (Katie) Graham, great grandchildren, Keegan, Cooper, Kyler Graham, Ajay Marmie, TJ, Emory, and Ella Sprouse, Elise Graham, Sienna Gallicchio and Tristan Gallicchio and several nieces and nephews.
As per Patricia’s request, there will be no visitation. Family request memorial contribution be made to: Tunnel to Towers Foundation, t2t.org, Folds of Honor Foundation, foldsofhonor.org, and or St. Jude Children’s Hospital, stjudekidsdonate.com.
