Phyllis Alice Talbott

Phyllis Alice Talbott, 84, of Sardis, Ohio passed away Tuesday April 23, 2019 at the Ohio Valley Medical Center.  She was born in Paden City, West Virginia January 31, 1935 a daughter of the late Ralph Henthorn and Ruby Billiter Henthorn.

Phyllis was a member of the Brownsville Church of Christ, and was a former Jackson Township Clerk.  She loved painting, making ceramics and was a volunteer at Midway Community Center.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Talbott, infant brother Roger Henthorn, sisters Wanda Lee Slider, and Deloris Merckle.

She is survived by her sister Linda (Lester) Christman of Sardis, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Friends received from 2 – 4 & 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday April 27, 2019 with Tim Fleeman officiating. Burial will follow in the Witten Cemetery near Sardis, Ohio.   Memorial donations may be made to Cancer Gas Cards Inc., 48397 Keylor Hill Road, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
