Ray Randall Obituary

Ray Thomas Randall, 74, of Beallsville, Ohio passed away Friday September 12, 2025 at Liza’s Place Wheeling, West Virginia.  He was born in Bellaire, Ohio November 6, 1950 a son of the late James & Arnette Wright Randall.

He was a US Army veteran having serviced in the Vietnam War where he received the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm Medal.  He was retired from Operators Union Hall #18 Columbus, Ohio, and a member of the VFW post 5303, Eagles Post 2302, and the Woodsfield Legion Post 87.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jack, Eddy, Gene, and Richard, and sister Louise Randall, and his fiancé Linda Louden.

He is survived by his children, Kristal (Dave) Stephens of Woodsfield, Mindy Hanes of Woodsfield, and Jamie Randall of Barnesville, brother Rex (Elaine) Randall of Laings, and Marjorie Randall of Woodsfield, grandchildren, Jordan (Alesa) Stephens, Kayley (Sam) Nardo, Whitney Goodhart, Lakelynn Ricer, Bryar Frymyer, and Rayelynn Hanes, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. 

Friends received 11 a.m. until time of Military Service at 3 p.m. Tuesday September 16, 2025 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio. Inurnment will at the convenience of the family.
