Rosemarie Anthony, 90 Years of age and a longtime resident of Woodsfield Ohio passed away peacefully at home on August 24, 2021. She was born July 20,1931 a daughter of the late Freda (Christy) and James Foster Mobberly.
Rosemarie enjoyed being a varsity basketball cheerleader at Woodsfield High School and graduated from there in 1948. She earned her degree in teaching and home economics from Ohio State University and worked as a nutritionist in Columbus, Ohio. She was a devout Christian woman and follower of Christ. She enjoyed serving and fellowship with her circle of friends.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of many years Donald Anthony who had been a science teacher at Woodsfield High School. They were both alumni of OSU and attended many football games together when they lived in Columbus.
She is survived by her son William (Lori) Sinclair of Phoenix, Arizona and daughter Barbara (Vince) Rehbein of Scottsdale, Arizona and Queensland Australia and also a granddaughter Tracy Ingle of Scottsdale, Arizona.
There will be private viewing for family and friends. Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield, Ohio.
