Sharon E. Leasure

Sharon E. Leasure, 63 of Sardis, Ohio passed away Tuesday February 2, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Monroe County Ohio January 28, 1958 a daughter of the late Wesley Price and Genevieve Norris Price. 

She retired from MCPT as a bus driver, and had worked for Switzerland of Ohio Local Schools and Head Start as a bus driver.  She was a member of Eagles Lodge 2302. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clarence E. Leasure – March 2011, one brother Keith Hoff, and one sister Shirley Beck.

She is survived by her sons Clifford (Bobbie Jean) Leasure of Reader, West Virginia, and Clarence Leasure Jr. of Sardis, step children Marie Leasure of Bellaire, Ohio and Rett Leasure of Columbus, Ohio, sister Florence Lee of Barnesville, Ohio, grandchildren Jenny Lynn Leasure, Megan Town, and Tug Gilmore, Special friend Mark Murphy, nieces Joyce Beckett, Nancy Pyles, and Shelly Fisher.

Friends received from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday February 6, 2021 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio with Rev. David Cottrell officiating .  Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery near Sardis, Ohio.
