US Army veteran William Richard Vincent, 78 of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday April 5th, 2026 at the Clarksburg Veterans Hospital Clarksburg, West Virginia. He was born in Calhoun County, West Virginia February 22, 1948 a son of Alma Vincent and the late William Vincent.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers Gary Vincent and Roger Vincent, two sisters, Patricia Bailey, and Donna (Sue) Sayger.
In addition to his mother, Alma Miller Vincent, he is survived by two brothers, Mike Vincent and Greg Vincent, daughter, Rebecca Wick and her husband Gary Wick Jr. of Powhatan Point, Ohio, son, Eric Cline and his wife Jennifer Cline of Graysville, Ohio, son Branden Vincent of Cameron, Ohio, and son Terry Vincent. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Friends received from 6 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday April 8, 2026 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home Woodsfield, Ohio with Keith Jones officiating. Full military service and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the West Virginia National Cemetery Grafton, West Virginia.
